Search for Books:

Due to the overwhelming number of e-books, it's recommended that you "Exclude" them from your search by --
1. Select "Advanced Search" button
2. Then select the "Material Type" dropdown menu; choose "Printed Mtl".
3. Enter your search words/phrases.
You can limit your search to just "eBooks" if you want to.

| Search the MCLN Subset: |
Not finding books you need in the MHC holdings? Look further in the six-library MCLN subset for ILL. This is what you do --
1. Still limit your search for "Printed Mtl".
2.
From the location "Limit To" dropdown list, choose "
MCLN".
3. Conduct your search.
4. After finding books you need, go back to the catalog Home page, click on
the "Inter-Library Loan" link.
5. Fill out the ILL form and submit.
* The MCLN libraries usually provide faster
loan service than other libraries.

Search the Whole ACA Catalog:

Still need more materials for your research? How about try the whole ACA libraries holdings? This is what you do --
1. Still limit your search for "Printed Mtl".
2.
From the location "Limit To" dropdown list, choose "
View Entire Collection".
3. Conduct your search.
4. After finding books you need, go back to the catalog Home page, click on
the "Inter-Library Loan" link.
5. Fill out the ILL form and submit.

Sort Results: |
Use the "Search and Sort" dropdown list to sort your results. The default is set to: "Sort by Date", but you may prefer to sort by relevance. |
