Provides services in the following major areas:

• Catalog and classify both print and non-print materials for Renfro Library, Harris Media Center, Curriculum Library, and Special Collections.
• Update and maintain the shared MCLN online catalog.
• Supervise the physical processing/reprocessing aspects of library materials.
• Distributing the processed materials.
• Inform faculty, staff, and students of newly processed materials through the monthly publication New Books List.
• For purpose of quick checking, also publish and maintain a Video List (VHS & DVD) that enables either “Title” or “Subject” lookup.
